An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A shipping label may be provided by Fire Safety Supply upon request and deducted from refund totals.
Your refund/credit will be applied once the items are received and inspected. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and may be refused if items are not in original packaging or appear to be damaged/used.
